Haeream, an art project was installed at Liquorice Park, Thursday and Friday, 20 and 21 May 2021. It featured work by five second-year students at the University of Lincoln. Vandalism in Liquorice Park

Vandalised bench in Liquorice Park

We are sad to report that our wooden seat in the sunken garden was vandalised this week. We believe it was done overnight on 12th/13th May.  This seat was custom made for our opening of the park 21 years ago.  We are all upset by the thoughtless destruction of a much loved and used bench which is why we are sharing this news with our community. From Thursday 20th to Friday 21st May Liquorice Park is playing host to a University of Lincoln students art project, entitled "Haeream". Based on the work of five students, the project consists of physical installation artworks relating to mystical and magical themes which are blended in with the foliage in the park.
