June Fund Raiser Dates

May 30, 2023 by gardener Leave a Comment

We have two separate external fund-raising events in June organised by local businesses (Lush Cosmetics & Iron and Pin Tattoo Co), which you may like to partake in – Go on, you know you would like a small tattoo! The money raised from these two events will be donated to the Park. We are very grateful for these two businesses for supporting us.

ON FRIDAY 16th JUNE

Bethan Lientie, from Iron and Pin Tattoo Co. will be hosting a tattoo fundraising day for the park. Drop by the studio (Located at 80 high street) between 10.30am-4.30pm for small botanical and floral inspired tattoos. Designs will be posted nearer the time at www.instagram.com/lientietattoos. Designs will be small linework pieces, around 1-2 inches for £40, 15 minute sessions. Proceeds will go to the Park. Walk in only, no pre-bookings, so arrive early to avoid disappointment!

SAT & SUN the 17th & 18th of June

Once again Lush Cosmetics, in Lincoln on the Cornhill, there will be holding a Charity Pot Event, held in aid of Liquorice Park. During this event all sales of the Hand and Body lotion Charity Pot (minus Vat) will be donated to Liquorice Park. During part of these days there will be a representative volunteer from the park, at the shop, to chat with any interested customers. Please pop along and show your support.

So, if you fancy a small tattoo or some hand & body wash (from the charity pot), then please go along, and you’ll be helping the park.

In addition – Please don’t forget the Park Community Open day on Saturday June 24th. More information to follow in the next couple of days.
